MISSION
BACKGROUND
The AI+Healthcare Channel launched in 2019 as a collaboration between the Abdul Latif Jameel Clinic for Machine Learning in Health research program and the Deshpande Center at MIT. It was the first project from Proto Ventures. AI+Healthcare focuses on creating groundbreaking new opportunities in health care by building on MIT’s pioneering history in artificial intelligence and life sciences, including early diagnostics, drug discovery, care personalization, and care management.
